\"pos_el_140_cheerleader\"<\/a>It\u2019s a well-known fact that I don\u2019t \u201cdo\u201d sports. I never have, yes, I jump on the bandwagon if the Canucks make it all the way to the play-offs, more out of a sense of patriotic obligation than any real appreciation of the game itself.<\/p>\n

While I am perfectly at home at an actual tailgate party, you probably would never catch me paying any attention to whatever game was actually being played\u2026<\/p>\n

Anyone who knows me at all knows that sitting through a football game for me? Form of punishment. I simply do not see the appeal! I mean, they run around, they attack each other, then one of them dances\u2026<\/p>\n

Okay I know I\u2019m over-simplifying.<\/p>\n

Every year the ship hosts a Super Bowl party, every year I dodge it like a slippery little fish dodging the hook. I always manage to miraculously be working the library shift all day\u2026<\/p>\n

Except today I got drafted into handing out raffle tickets at the door, and about half way through doing this I tiptoed up to the DJ who was organizing the whole thing and said in the lowest voice possible<\/p>\n

Er\u2026Stephens\u2026we don\u2019t actually have to <\/i>go to the game do we?<\/i><\/p>\n

Oh yeah, we\u2019re here for the game\u2026<\/i><\/p>\n

But\u2026but I hate football!<\/i><\/p>\n

You still gotta be here, make an appearance\u2026<\/i><\/p>\n

What about lunch?<\/i><\/p>\n

Grab something from the snack bar\u2026<\/i><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not getting out of this am I?<\/i><\/p>\n

Nope\u2026<\/i><\/p>\n

At least the food was good! Just\u2026.don\u2019t ask me what the score was\u2026or even who was playing! Seattle I think? Vrs\u2026Colorado?<\/p>\n
