Where we are is so much better than here. We can save you from all the sharp edges, all the wounds and breaks. Come away to where you belong. Come and play with us. No one will even know you\u2019ve gone.<\/em><\/p>\n

Arguments raging at the edges of hearing, calls from behind doors that aren\u2019t there. A breath on the wind that you\u2019re just a little too quick to explain away. <\/em><\/p>\n

The sound of gravel under your feet when the road you walk on is smoothly paved.<\/em><\/p>\n

The feeling that you are two places at once.<\/em><\/p>\n

Which one is real? Which one is now?<\/em><\/p>\n

But you can\u2019t hear them. You don\u2019t feel them. You still look at me like I\u2019m crazy. <\/em><\/p>\n

And once again I remind you, that I \u2013 who hurries home at night to curl up behind my locked doors \u2013 am not the one who is crazy.<\/em><\/p>\n
